Paul Dobson (born Paul William Dobson on December 7, 1963) is a Canadian voice actor who voices Happosai along with several minor characters throughout the anime.

Dobson's other roles include: Naraku and Myōga from InuYasha, Chiaki Asami in Sanctuary, Folken in The Vision of Escaflowne, Billy Kane in Fatal Fury: The Motion Picture, Count Mecha in Galaxy Express 999 and Shion in Please Save My Earth.
