Michael Donovan (born June 12, 1953) is a Canadian voice actor who voices Ryoga Hibiki throughout the English dub. He was initially chosen for the role due his involvement with the Street Fighter animated series. Donovan took over the role of the Jusenkyo Guide after Ian James Corlett left the series.

Donovan primarily works in domestic animation, but has had some other anime roles. These include: Master Roshi in the Ocean Group dub of Dragon Ball; Cye Mouri and Seiji Date in Ronin Warriors as well as Kimihiko Masumi in Kishin Corps.
