Megumi Hayashibara (林原 めぐみ, Hayashibara Megumi^?, born March 30, 1967) is a seiyū who voiced the female version of Ranma Saotome. She is a singer in her own right and has released numerous singles and several albums.

Hayashibra's other lead roles include Lina Inverse from the Slayers series, Rei Ayanami from Neon Genesis Evangelion, and Faye Valentine from Cowboy Bebop.
