Kikuko Inoue (井上 喜久子, Inoue Kikuko^?, born September 25, 1964 as 井之上 喜久子 (pronounced identically)) is a seiyū who voices Kasumi Tendo throughout the anime. She also forms part of DoCo and is the manager of her voice-acting company, "Office Anemone".

Inoue's other anime roles include Shizuna Minamoto in Mahou Sensei Negima!, Belldandy in Oh My Goddess!, Lily McGuier in Fatal Fury and Misty May in Otaku no Video.
