Plot Summary[]
This summary is currently incomplete. |
In an attempt to bring their children closer together, Soun and Genma pretend the sign of the Tendo Dojo has been stolen by the "Dojo Destroyer", who has agreed a rematch between himself and Ranma and Akane, to allow them to regain their sign. After this, however, Soun and Genma are attacked by the real Dojo Destroyer, who subsequent defeats them, thus making their fantasy a reality. At the same time, Shampoo acquires some Instant Nannīchuan Powder which she uses to bribe Ranma into dating her, with the promise he'll get the powder in return.[1]
With Ranma's date occurring on the same day as the rematch, Akane decides to defeat the Destroyer herself, but severely damages her hand when she shows off her strength to Ranma.[2] Despite her best attempt,[3] Akane is unable to defeat the Destroyer, leading to Ranma (after securing the powder from Shampoo) to intervene and take the Destroyer on herself.[4]

- Instant Nanniichuan being useless is revealed only by the end of the arc.
- Ranma and Shampoo go to the cinema instead of the park.
- Shampoo agrees and even suggests that they can go to check on Akane, instead of being tricked by Ranma.
